What do I do if I have questions about my loan?
If you already have a loan from Blue Coast, you may obtain important information about your loan by signing in to your account. If you do not have a loan, or you have additional questions, contact us either by phone or email. Go to the Contact Us tab for more information.
May I apply for a loan online?
Yes. Click the Application tab. You will be asked your name, email address, and a password. You may then complete your application online.
How do I get the Title to my vehicle?
Once you have paid off your loan in full we will mail you your title within 10-business days.
What is my loan payoff?
Contact us to see exactly what your payoff is on your auto loan, your most recent transaction balance is not your payoff, is may be very close but is not exactly your payoff.
May I make payments online?
Yes, we accept debit cards online. Just sign into your account and navigate to Payments. You will then enter payment information. It's that easy!
What if my insurance information changes? May I update my insurance information online.
Yes, just sign in to your account and navigate to Insurance.
Does Blue Coast charge any fees to apply for a loan?
No, not to submit an application. However, if your application is approved and you agree to the loan, you will be charged a $75 Administrative Fee and a $15 Lien Transfer Fee.
